2011 MARS Ratings After Round 3

Assuming that you're a fan of evenly contested football, the emerging divide in the teams' MARS Ratings will be of concern.

Seven teams now have sub-990 MARS Ratings, six of them having fallen since the start of the season, two of them by more than 11 Ratings Points. Meantime Collingwood and Geelong are about 12 and 20 Ratings Points, respectively, clear of all other teams, the top 5 teams are all trending upwards, and only Essendon, currently in 10th, is showing any significant signs of Ratings growth amongst the remainder.
